For the moment a kid can't find the words. This one-page printable lets a child ask for help without speaking, by pointing to it or handing it over.

Use it for:

  • The freeze that follows overwhelm, big feelings, or an unexpected change
  • Classroom and therapy room communication systems, alongside AAC tools and visual schedules
  • Out-of-home contexts: appointments, store trips, family events, new places

What's included:

  • 1-page high-resolution PDF
  • 8.5" x 11" US Letter, full color
  • "I NEED HELP" header, illustrated character, and a printed "Point to this card / Hand to an adult" prompt

Print tips:

  • Print on cardstock for daily handling; laminate if it lives in a backpack or therapy kit
  • Shrink to half-page or quarter-page scale for a wallet, lanyard pouch, or AAC binder
  • Keep one on the fridge, one in the school folder, one in the car

For the kid who knows what they need and can't yet say it. And for the adult close enough to take the card when it lands. Created by Grace Ledden, MA, BCBA, with 7+ years of clinical experience working with neurodivergent kids, families, and educators.

Print it tonight, use it tomorrow.

Common Questions & Advocacy

Daily Bloom is built to back acceptance with action. Here are the answers to the questions we get most often about our products, our impact, and the choices behind them.

Who creates Daily Bloom resources and are they clinically vetted?

Daily Bloom resources are created by Grace Ledden, MA, BCBA. 5+ years of clinical experience with neurodivergent kids, families, and educators.

Resources are developed with the clinical and educational realities of neurodivergent kids and adults in mind, not generated from stock-template libraries or AI tools.

When research advances or a strategy stops landing in practice, the resource gets updated. You're paying for clinical grounding and ongoing care, not a one-and-done file.

What file formats do I receive, and is anything editable?

All Daily Bloom resources are high-resolution printable PDFs, ready to use as-is. Page count and dimensions are listed in the product description on each page.

Can I use this with multiple students, clients, or children?

Yes. Your purchase includes a Personal-Use License covering your own classroom, clinic, or family. Commercial licensing options are coming soon. Sharing the digital file or download link outside your licensed setting isn't covered.

Can I print resources for my classroom or clinic?

Yes. Print as many copies as you need under your Personal-Use License. That covers your own classroom, clinic, or family. Commercial licensing for team-wide or organization-wide use is coming soon. Reselling or redistributing the digital file isn't allowed.

How do I download after purchase, and how long do I have access?

A download link arrives in your email right after checkout. The file is also saved to your Daily Bloom account under Order History. Downloads don't expire and you can re-download anytime, so you're not racing a clock. If we ever update a resource, the new version lands in your account at no charge. Free updates, forever.

Customer photo review of Normalize Stimming Comfort Colors T-Shirt

I recently bought myself and my son the “Normalize Stimming” shirt! My son showed his support for autism by wearing it to Animal Kingdom with his wife and our family’s little animal expert(his son)! Our little guy was so excited to see the animals, he was stimming all day so the shirt was perfect for this special family outing! Thanks for the beautiful messages you have on your shirts that help us show the world how amazing autistic people are!

Super soft and cozy. Does run a little big for a woman size, but would be a good match for unisex sizing. But I love it! And the images are very clear and well printed
