Earn Impact Points with every purchase, unlock exclusive benefits as you move through tiers (Supporter → Advocate → Champion), and redeem your points for discounts on future orders. It's our way of saying thank you for being part of our advocacy community.

Simply create an account on our website! You'll automatically be enrolled as a Supporter member and receive 350 Impact Points as a welcome bonus. From there, you'll earn Impact Points with every purchase and can progress to Advocate and Champion tiers as you earn more points throughout the year.

Log into your account and visit your Rewards dashboard to see your current Impact Points balance, tier status, and progress toward the next tier. You can access this anytime from your account menu.

Impact Points are the currency of The Daily Bloom Rewards program. You earn 100-150 Impact Points for every $1 you spend (depending on your tier status). These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. For example, 2,000 Impact Points equals $1 off your next order. The more you shop, the more Impact Points you earn!

You can earn Impact Points on every purchase you make! There's no limit to how many Impact Points you can earn. Keep in mind that your tier status (which affects your earning rate) is based on Impact Points earned within a calendar year, but your accumulated Impact Points never expire as long as your account remains active.

Your Impact Points are added to your account immediately after each purchase is complete. You'll see them reflected in your account balance right away and can start using them on your very next order!

Yes. Impact Points expire 2 years from the date they are earned. For example, points earned on January 15, 2025 will expire on January 15, 2027. However, your tier status does reset at the beginning of each calendar year, so you'll need to re-earn your Advocate or Champion status annually. Your accumulated points remain valid for 2 years from when you earned them.

You can save your Impact Points for up to 2 years from the date they're earned. After 2 years, unused points will expire. We recommend using your points regularly or saving them for larger purchases within the 2-year window. You can always check your points balance and expiration dates in your account dashboard. Just keep your account active with occasional purchases to continue earning new points!

Yes! Impact Points can be redeemed on any purchase, including sale items. There are no restrictions - use your points however you'd like across our entire collection of advocacy apparel, books, and resources.

You can redeem as many Impact Points as you have available in your account on each purchase. There's no maximum limit! If you've saved up 50,000 Impact Points, you can redeem all of them at once for $25 off your order, or save them for multiple smaller purchases - the choice is yours.

Your membership status shows your level of engagement with Daily Bloom. There are three tiers: Supporter (starting tier), Advocate (reached at 15,000 Impact Points), and Champion (reached at 50,000 Impact Points). Each tier comes with increasing benefits, from faster point earning rates to exclusive early access, free shipping perks, and VIP experiences. The more you engage, the more you unlock!

You move up tiers by earning Impact Points throughout the calendar year. Earn 15,000 Impact Points to reach Advocate status, or 50,000 Impact Points to reach Champion status. Your tier status is based on total Impact Points earned within the current calendar year (January 1 - December 31). Keep shopping and earning points to level up and unlock better benefits!

Your tier status resets on January 1st each year, but you keep all your accumulated Impact Points! This means you'll need to re-earn your Advocate or Champion status for the new calendar year through new purchases. However, any points you've saved can still be redeemed, and you can work toward reaching your previous tier again throughout the year.

Your membership status automatically resets each calendar year on January 1st. If you don't re-earn enough Impact Points during the year to maintain your Advocate or Champion status, you'll return to Supporter tier at the start of the next year. Your accumulated Impact Points stay with you - only your tier level resets annually to give everyone a fresh start!
